Go to About.com, Find the most appropriate category for your website by following the category menu on the left menu until you reach the most specific sub-category.
Contact the Guide for this page by clicking his picture at the top - the name is a link. Click "Contact the Guide", and you will get a page with the Guide's Email Address, along with a submission FAQ.
Email the following to the guide:
- Web Site Name
- Web Site URL/Address
- Your Email Address
- The exact category where you think your listing should be placed
